| Details: | DETAILS: Routine coliform test on 9-5-06 positive. System took 4 repeats on 9/8 and all absent. Discussed with operator Craig. Called lab and verified sampling protocol as operator said the "Used a hose". Russel from Umpqua uses a hose to flush water from the hose bib for several minutes and then removes the hose, sanitizes bib with alcohol and then samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in October and if all absent, go back to one/month in November, 2006. | ||
