| Details: | DETAILS: I talked to Kathy about failing to do 4 repeats as a result of positive sample on 9-14-06. All routines were positive. I asked her to test the old well which they occasionally use and test newer well to determine if wells were a problem. I also asked Kathy to fill out Public Notice and distribute and to send a copy to the State. Chlorinator was not used because didnt want to go through review for chlorinator. Check with Kathys husband for a diagnoses as to where the problem originated from. | ||
