Details:	System has a score of 7, mostly for reporting monthly groundwater compliance monitoring late. Operator states he is reporting February's GWC monitoring today. I will follow-up to see that report is received on time and will request RTC. 4th quarter 2019 coliform sample was missed. That should auto-RTC as 1st quarter 2020 coliform sample has been reported.
