| Details: | Former customer (lived in apartment complex) complaint of water contamination causing external skin cancer, customer said they had water tested by EPA certified lab but did not verify test batch no. or send lab results. Customer would not say what water was contaminated with. Customer said discovery of contamination was September 19, 2019. customer notified City of Keizer and says the city did not investigate complaint. Called the Water Division manager, Pat Taylor. Pat said there were no other complaints from other people living in the same complex and went through the water system's sampling plan and results with the customer showing no contaminants above the MCL. Also said the city and local police have had repeated issues with customer. |
