Details: SUMMARY: Discussed environmental review requirements DETAILS: Discussed environmental review requirements in conjunction with loan application #S07001. One Cat Ex request was made by City, and approved by the DWP, and then public notice copy recd. However, the determination only addressed one main part (reservoir) of the overall project. The remaining parts of overall project must now be subject to environmental review and a new determination made. Project will be handled in two parts. First part will be the Cat Ex already issued and approved, and the second will be a Cat Ex request for all other parts of project. The request will be sent to the DWP asap for review and approval. City will also send the DWP clarifying info in writing that outlines what parts of overall project are addressed in the two Cat Ex requests. ACTION NEEDED: City will send an additional Cat Ex request for remaining items in overall project asap, and clarifying info on project details. The DWP will review and issue a determination asap upon receipt of request.
