| Details: | SUMMARY: high chlorine levels DETAILS: During WTP shutdown morning of 1-17-07 the chlorine treatment continued to operate and feed the solution into the clearwell. The residual was very high and some water was pumped into the system. The mistake was determined and corrected. Brian is confident that Chlorine residuals exceeded 4 ppm. ACTION NEEDED: Water operators must investigate and determine what happened. Operation must be developed to insure that it would not happed again. A tier two violation PN must be issied. | ||
