| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator will disinfect, provide PN, do four repeats. DETAILS: Four repeat samples collected 12/11/06 were neg. but 2 of 5 routine samples collected 1/9/07 were positive for TC. They were the well and the office. The neg. sample sites were the 7th grade classroom, teachers’ lounge, and north boys’ restroom.Operator will provide PN by mailing required EPA form to all students’ families next Wed. and posting on-site for staff. I faxed him the PN template and instructions and disinfection instructions. Op will do 4 repeats approx. 5 days after disinfection and flushing.Reviewed Source Water Assessment Report and discussed with operator the lack of a well log and other highly sensitive factors for source contamination. Positive coliform samples seem to occur in we weather months. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
