| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine monthly taken 11/21/06 +TC DETAILS: I called and left message for Kori to call me Monday 4 pm. Kori left message next day saying she would check if repeats done yet. Spoke to Kori 11/30/06 and she hadnt beard back from Coffey whether or not repeats have been taken yet. She said she would call again today and also ask for nitrate test. I asked her to call if any repeats are positive b/c she will need to do a Public Notice. Otherwise she knows to do 5 temporary routines in December. I confirmed with Kori that they are NOT chlorinating and havent been for some time. (I asked her b/c SDWIS shows that they are chlorinating.) ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time, will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
