| Details: | Returned call to Chris; customers/board members had expressed concern over COVID-19 situation and water safety. I referred him to the OHA link regarding COVID-19 news which appears on the Drinking Water page. Also directed him to CDC "Water Transmission and COVD-19" and recommended he check back often as new info is posted as it becomes available. So far, sources indicate no known implication of drinking water and the spread of the virus. Chris seemed happy to have these resources at his fingertips to help put his customers at ease. | ||
