Details:	I called Mr. Lee to remind him of the terms of the administrative order issued by DWS in late 2019. I also requested we schedule a conference call with Bryce Brewer to ensure he's aware of the requirements and to avoid DWS assessing a civil penalty due to failure to comply with the Order. Mr. Lee stated he does not plan to open the park in 2020 and possibly not in following years either. He cited the lack of visitors and wanting to retire as reasons for not operating the park as a business. I sent Mr. Lee an email message to confirm the park's closure and to include Caroline Gross Regan if additional information is required.
