Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency noted on the sanitary survey in May 2006 has been corrected. DETAILS: During the last survey it was noted that the screen of the overflow was missing. It was noted as a deficiency. ACTION NEEDED: The operator of the USFS Bear Spring Ranger Station called and informed me that a screen had been replaced.
