| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with operator after reviewing the lab data of copper testing DETAILS: Test results of the last copper sampling shows a spike from a sample (60808-31 Muddy Creek Lodge) with the results of 2.38 mg/l. This site had just been extensively remodeled and new plumbing added. It had been an active site since mid-July and the samples was pulled on 8/7/06. When the high test results came back the operator resampled that site (copy enclosed) and the results were .43 mg/l. I would contest that due to the new construction this site was not a representative sample and should be replaced with the 9/14/06 sample result of .43 mg/l.
