| Details: | I called and spoke with Scott McMullen regarding the multiple deficiencies from the Deer Island Heights Water System Survey. Scott told me that the finished water storage's overflow now has a screen on it, and that he will forward one or more photos of the newly added screen cover to me. I also forwarded instructions/templates to Scott for the following required documents: Ordinance/Enabling Authority, Annual Summary Report (ASR), Consumer Confidence Report and Coliform Sampling Plan. |
