| Details: | Potential Boil Water Advisory: I just received word from a restaurant operator in Parkdale. They reported a water-main break. They also reported that there will be a pending water outage while the break is repaired. We expect that there will be a temporary boil water advisory issued due to loss of pressure in the community water system. This is all of the information that I have currently. I tried calling the operators. I left a voice message only. I sent an email that said: "...John, Tammy, Bill, See email below (and attachments). This is what the OHA-DWS sent the City of Hood River in the wake of their boil water event. Please ensure that you follow procedures properly. If there has been a loss of pressure, at least a localized boil water advisory should have already been called (I we should have been informed). If you need technical assistance, please contact me directly. I called and left voice messages already. Please provide an update asap. Thank you..." I sent emails to our licensed facilities as well. |
