| Details: | SUMMARY: Assistance with piping troubleshooting at the water treatment plant DETAILS: While performing contact tracer study (see other contact report) circuit rider provided assistance to the City of Willamina troubleshooting piping issues at the water treatment plant. Specifically, investigation focused of the plumbing of the CL-17, location of delivered water meter, and piping of the local booster pump station. The City of Willamina provides treated water through a dual-train packaged treatment system. Two onsite reservoirs (1.0 MG and 0.25 MG) act as clearwells for contact time. Circuit rider reviewed as-constructed drawings and, along with city staff, investigated the routes of existing pipelines. The result of this work was recommendations for the relocation of the CL-17 tap to provide more timely data. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
