| Details: | SUMMARY: Fecal positive routine sample DETAILS: Ed called to report that 1 out of 5 Routine samples taken Monday 6/04 was fecal-positive. At least 3 Repeat samples will be collected on 6/07 and then chlorination with calcium hypochlorite will be done at the reservoir sites. Ed could think of no potential causes for a fecal positive. We reviewed potential sample results that would require that a boil water warning be issued. Teresa Mirales of Umpqua Lab also contacted me and plans to use duplicate lab methods on Repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Water system to collect Repeat samples on 6/07 and results will determine subsequent actions required. | ||
