Details: SUMMARY: Low chlorine residual #2 DETAILS: continued from previous contact report…. I told him to expect a visit by someone at DWP tomorrow to check residuals and procedures. He is fine with that, and they recognize that a communication breakdown occurred and have scheduled a meeting for Friday to discuss improvements.
