| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine coliform sample positive for total coliform DETAILS: Received a phone call from Ms. Larson stating she had taken the most recent quarterly coliform sample but that her husband was the one who usually did the sampling and that she was pretty sure that she had contaminated the sample when she set the lid down on the ground. 5/11/2007- All repeat samples came back negative. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples next sampling quarter. | ||
