| Details: | SUMMARY: Assistance with piping troubleshooting at the water treatment plant DETAILS: Circuit rider was contacted by the City of Willamina to assist with location of reservoir flap valves. HBH retains copies of the as-built drawings for the Willamina reservoirs. The City of Willamina provides treated water through a dual-train packaged treatment system. Two onsite reservoirs (1.0 MG and 0.25 MG) act as clearwells for contact time. Circuit rider researched the possible locations of reservoir flap valves. The location of the older reservoirs flap valves (or if they even had them) was unclear. Talked with operator about potential locations for flap valves. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
