| Details: | Kamela called to report the detections for April. The WS has been plagued by persistent total coliform detections on and off for years, likely due to the age and condition of the well and infrastructure. I have strongly encouraged them to install disinfection for residual maintenance. Kamela asked about UV treatment and I explained it would inactivate source water coliform but provides no residual in the distribution. She is going to take 3 repeats in the dist and another well sample. They will also likely shock chlorinate the well and flush the system. | ||
