| Details: | "Hi Tony: We have a few things to catch up on with the water system. A Level 2 investigation has been generated because no repeat samples were submitted after a positive total coliform collected from the pump house faucet earlier this month. There was a TC+ in October 2019 as well—also from the pump house. We can arrange to do the investigation over the phone if that helps. I will send you the form, so you have the questions. We did two of these back in Dec. 2018 and July 2019—Please let me know if you need copies of those. Give me a call or some good dates via e-mail." (Included Level 2 templatet) |
