Details:	SUMMARY: Four out of five Routine samples for October are total coliform-positive. DETAILS: Four out of five Routine samples taken on October 31were total coliform-positive. The samples were actually incorrectly marked Repeat, and should be changed to Routine. There is no chlorine residual in the distribution system and the sample that was negative was taken closest to the well and had a chlorine residual of 0.13 mg/l. The City had done significant flushing but the chlorine injection pump is apparently not working properly. ACTION NEEDED: City to provide updated public notification for total coliform MCL violation. Clay Webb, Mayor is working to get chlorinator repaired or replaced. City is completing formal agreement with City of Nyssa for DRC operator.
