Turbidity events occurred 11/10 and 11/12 due to operator inattention. Events did not result in public notice or SWTR treatment technique violations. However, the operator in question has been suspended. ACTION NEEDED: Referred to the Operator Certification Program and Enforcement Coordinator for follow-up.
