Details:	Whaleshead Beach RV Resort operates two treatment facilities located at 19921 Whaleshead Rd. Brookings Oregon in Curry County 8.2 miles north of the city of Brookings. Water supply comes from a combination of two hand dug wells near Whaleshead Creek for treatment system A, and a spring (upper cistern) and dug well for treatment system B. Water is treated through multiple filtration steps prior to chlorine disinfection, requiring a .5 log inactivation CT. Recent System data logs indicated a potential issue related to pressure readings that were registering out of expected ranges. OHA requested the circuit rider investigate the issue. Assistance Provided: 1. 1-6-20 through 1-21-20, Jared Sylvester reviewed the data logs, spoke with the operator, researched technical specs for system components, then provided feedback discussing the potential cause and methods for troubleshooting the issue.
