Details: SUMMARY: Exceeded RAA for As DETAILS: Lakeside MHP exceeded the MCL running annual average (RAA) for Arsenic with the 3rd quarter taken on 10/16/07. The RAA was 0.015 mg/L. A letter was sent to Bob Macias explaining the Public Notice and compliance requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Await copy of Public Notice. Plans must be submitted by 2/26/07 and treatment or well installed by 5/26/07. Quarterly monitoring must be continued until Plan Review process is complete.
