| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: The HWD felt they were being charged excessively by the City of Tillamook for water delivered by the City. The HWD desired a cost analysis for the possibility of connecting to the Fairview Water District (FWD) water system. Assistance Provided: Site visit to understand and see any construction concerns or possible problems. A construction cost projection was put together to extend a waterline approximately 2500-feet. A financial analysis per EDU was also calculated so HWD could compare the costs to remain with Tillamook or pursue a project with FWD. |
