| Details: | SUMMARY: Sample taken 9 January total coliform positive. DETAILS: A sample taken 9 January was total colform positive. Sample was marked REPEAT and should have been ROUTINE. Well 4 has been operational and the chlorinator is working but a residual is difficult to maintain in the distribution system because of chlorine demand. A sample was taken the week of 31 December but was mailed to the wrong address. The reservoir needs to be cleaned and the City is looking into having Liqui-Vision to the job. Shawn Snyder, Recorder indicated that nothin has happened to resolve getting the engineer paid to close out the SRF project. An RFP is out to hire a grant administrator for the CDBG grant, but everything is stalled again until the SRF portion is resolved. ACTION NEEDED: 4 Repeat samples required in January. DWP to change 1/09 sample to Routine. City to get reservoir cleaned, even if they have to use their own forces. | ||
