| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform MCL violation for January DETAILS: A sample taken 1/16 was a REPEAT for sampe ID 301735981 taken on 1/9. The 1/16 sample was marked Routine by mistake and the sample taken 1/9 was marked Repeat by mistake. Since 2 samples taken in January are positive, an MCL violation has occurred. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to change sample categories on the 2 samples. Water system to issue public notification for total coliform MCL violation, and 5 Routine samples required in February. | ||
