| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR Assistance DETAILS: System requested HBH assistance for preparation of the Standard Monitoring Plan (SMP) for compliance with Stage 2 DBPR, The SMP is due 4-1-08. I met with Steve and Lee on 12/12 and briefly reviewed previous DPB results, chlorine residuals records, distribution map and current sampling sites. The SMP requires identification for new DBP sample sites based on a combination of records, piping layouts, previous results ad calculations. The new sites must then be justified in writing and submitted to the USEPA in the SMP. I created a working distribution map, carefully reviewed chlorine results, Stage 1 DBP results, and collection locations and calculated average residence time and average chlorine residual results. I contacted Wendy Marshall, EPA R10 for assistance and clarification. ACTION NEEDED: Complete final report. Meet with Steve again to review and verify sites. | ||
