| Details: | SUMMARY: The Routine Sample Collected on 11/15/07 Tested Positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: Four repeat samples collected on 11/19/07 tested negative for Total Coliform. I called Joe and reminded him to collect five temporary routine samples in December. Additionally, I reminded Joe to sample from more than one location whenever collecting repeats or temporary routines (the last four repeats were collected from the same location). ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in the month of December. | ||
