Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed CY 2007 arsenic non-reporting violation DETAILS: Matt called to discuss and dispute the arsenic non-reporting violation for CY 2007. Sample collected 6/19/07 and analyzed by Waterlab. Lab submitted results to DWP following analysis. Matt said that arsenic sample was collected and reported at the same time as the 2007 nitrate. No CY 2007 arsenic result in the PWS file, nor in the results awaiting data entry. Passed key info onto Chuck Michael, Compliance Officer, for consult and hopeful resolution. I advised Matt to collect all the data and facts, discuss with Chuck, and resubmit the result along with a letter of explanation. ACTION NEEDED: DMCE Unit to advise PWS on status and potential resolution of CY 2007 arsenic non-reporting violation.
