| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR Assistance DETAILS: System requested assistance for preparation of the Standard Monitoring Plan (SMP) for compliance with Stage 2 DBPR. The SMP is due 4/1/08. On 1/22 I met with Steve Stewart and Lance Schulz, Dist DRC, to get a better understanding of the distribution system and possible long water retention areas. I completed the IDSE SMP after several discussions and reviewed with Wendy Marshall, R10 EPA, who had comments as the Newport plan was complex due to highly variable TYTHM and HAA5 results. The plan was submitted to EPA by Steve Stewart on 1/29/08. ACTION NEEDED: None unless requested by PWS. | ||
