Details:	The operator of this water system (Rice Hill West Subdivision) has changed from Lisa to Dominic Bradford (new president of the HOA). We spent some time discussing the website, where to locate information, and the current point violation for no DBP samples submitted in 2019. I discussed with the operator and his wife that he would need to indicate the specific sample location for the 2 TTHM samples (closest and farthest points in the distribution) and that samples should be collected in warm months (I recommended that they take their DBP samples in August) at the same two sites every time. Other actions: The new operator was sent documents for their upcoming survey (cross-connection report, emergency action plan guidance document, operations manual, etc). The date of their upcoming survey is TBD.
