| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic compliance follow-up DETAILS: I spoke with Bob Macias on 2/8/08 because I have not received a copy of the Arsenic Public Notice and plans were not submitted by the due date of 2/26/07. Bob said he no longer had the letter I mailed him on 11/21/07. I mailed Bob the letter again (see file), told him about our circuit rider program, told him Public Notice and plans were overdue, and that quarterly monitoring must be continued. I also asked to speak with his daughter, who Brenda at Delta Lab said has been assisting him, but she was not home. ACTION NEEDED: Await copy of public notice, plan review info, and continued quarterly monitoring. | ||
