Details: I wanted to reach out because I saw one of your repeat samples at the Dalles Dam has come back total coliform positive.
Since this water system has not had coliform positives before, you will need to fill out a 'Level 1 Coliform Investigation' and return to me.
I will touch bases with you Monday for next steps moving forward.
