Details: | Wylesha, following up from our earlier conversation. At the moment I do not have a proper form fillable Level 1 investigation form. I will see if I can get someone with administrative prowess to make it form fillable for the future. I have attached what I was able to find in my resources from the state. Please fill out as best you can and return to me within 30 days with the corrective actions listed so I can get it to the state. Also next month we will do 3 routine samples for coliform. At this moment you are correct that the Dalles Dam WS is on quarterly sampling but you perform monthly samples anyway. If next month there is another total coliform positive, it will trigger a level 2 investigation which is kind of like a survey where we come out to 'investigate' possible sanitary deficiencies. Also it changes the sampling schedule to monthly automatically. After that point, if there is another TC+ or another level 2 investigation it prompts the requirement for installing disinfection on the system such as a chlorine feed. Just wanted to keep you aware, so we will definitely want to make sure we flush the system often to deter stagnant water in the pipes. Thank you |
