| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine samples submitted 2/26 were not received on time by lab. Samples taken in March DETAILS: The 4 Routine samples taken on 2/27 were not received on time by laboratory so they were not processed. Dick took 4 samples on March 5, but incorrectly marked them Repeats, because he thought they were Repeats of the February late samples. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to change March 5 samples from Repeat to Routine. Water system to take 1 more Routine in March. (done March 19) | ||
