| Details: | SUMMARY: Assistance with "Blue Water" Investigation DETAILS: During routine cleaning and refilling of a treated water reservoir (note - reservoir is uncovered) aqua-blue water was discovered. Testing revealed no known contaminants in the water. HBH was contacted to assist in investigating of possible causes. Investigated possible causes for coloration of water. ACTION NEEDED: Be available for additional assistance should problem reoccur. | ||
