| Details: | SUMMARY: Late Reporting Violation for Arsenic for 2007 DETAILS: The Lincoln City Water District received a violation for not reporting arsenic in 2007. I emailed Dennis Stryker to find out if they had sampled and requested he fax in the results. Dennis faxed the sample analysis to me for the sample collected 08/07/07. Dennis said the lab faxed the result to him on 1/10/08 and he forgot to send them on to the State. We discussed via email the possibility of the District requesting a waiver on arsenic to reduce the frequency to every 9 years. Dennis will consider making that request. ACTION NEEDED: Send results to the Portland office for data entry. Lincoln City will report this violation in their 2007 CCR. | ||
