| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator will provide Public Notice, disinfect sysem, M/R five routines in Feb. 08 DETAILS: Repeats collected at the office, 5th grade room, and teachers lounge on 1-11-08 were TC positive. The operator states he will provide PN as required and plans to disinfect the system this weekend. I faxed him disinfection info. I told him the minimum M/R requirement is five routines in February 08. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
