Details: SUMMARY: Called Duane about progress on treatment and about 1st qtr Arsenic sample. DETAILS: Contacted Duane about arsenic treatment and if he had contacted the circuit rider and he indicated he had not doe it yet. I provided the name and number to contact. We also discussed that the water system did not collect an arsenic sample for the 1st qtr. Duane indicated that they would collect a sample in the 2nd qtr. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 2nd qtr arsenic sample.
