| Details: | SUMMARY: Update on compliance sampling and certified operator status DETAILS: I called Jerry to get an update on progress made since sending a compliance letter dated 5/29/08. Jerry stated that IOC, VOC, and Radiological samples are currently at Neilsen Labs being analyzed. He also stated that hes been in touch with Jason Green at OAWU and is meeting with Bruce Hemmenway tomorrow regarding contracting as the certified operator. Jerry will call me when he has secured a contract with Bruce. Jerry has also spoken with Dottie Reynolds regarding compliance with the operator certification requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Await chemical sample results and copy of contract with certified operator. | ||
