| Details: | SUMMARY: 2007 VOC Monitoring/Reporting DETAILS: The Lincoln City Water District received a violation for not reporting annual VOC sample results in 2007. I contacted Lani Hankins and asked him to fax the sample results to me. I received the results on 7/14/2008 for a sample set collected on 8/7/2007. The District also received violations for not reporting arsenic and nitrate for 2007, both of which were collected, but not reported until requested in 2008. ACTION NEEDED: I submitted faxed test results to DMCE 7/22/08. Violation will stand as late reporting. | ||
