| Details: | SUMMARY: Monthly routine +TC sample date 6-3-08 DETAILS: 6-10-08 Called Kori regarding positive TC sample. She indicated that she felt a broken pipe was causing the problem and that was being repaired on 6-10-08. She would then take 4 samples after the pipe was repaired and the line was sanitized. She also knew to take 5 routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. | ||
