| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Compliance DETAILS: I spoke with Tana Anderson again on 6/10/08 about submitting plans for arsenic treatment. She was having problems with the treatment company, so she switched and is now working with a new company who is recommending Point of Use treatment. I reminded her that plans are required to be submitted to the DWP before the treatment is installed. I also gave her the Circuit Riders phone number. I gave her a month from 6/10 to submit plans. Approximately 3 weeks later I received verification from the DWP Enforcement Coordinator that plans have been received. On 8/11/08 I left a message for Tana reminding her that quarterly monitoring for arsenic must be continued until the Plan Review process is complete and Public Notice must be reissued every 3 months, so the next one is due now. ACTION NEEDED: Await Plan Review and copy of Public Notice. | ||
