| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Feb 1 - Feb 29 violation for non reporting of routine coliform samples DETAILS: Because of a communication mix-up between Linn County EH (JM) and Mike McGovern he ended up taking five routines on 1/25/08 instead of in February. I discussed thoroughly how the follow up coliform bacteria monitoring procedure works. Linn County EH (JM) waived the requirement for him to monitor 5 routines in February due to the mix-up. ACTION NEEDED: Violation resolved. | ||
