| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint from Lakeside Water District Customer DETAILS: Mr. Charlie Dale (550 Bonneville Road) called to complain about water quality from Lakeside Water District entering his home. He said the water contained dark black particulates and he suspects the problem results from inadequate line flushing. He said the maintenance folks came out to flusch the line on August 21 but only connected a hose to the fire hydrant and never flushed any water through. I asked if he had talked to his neighbors about this problem - he replied that they had the same problems. I told Mr. Dale that I would contact water district. I then called Bob Strassner (contact for Lakeside Water District) and explained the report. He said he would investigate the problem whis week - I asked him to report back to me on the status of resolving this issue. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for status report from Bob. | ||
