| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and copper regulatory assitance DETAILS: spoke with Mike on 5-27-08 about the lead and copper testing frequency reductions that can occur by meeting certain criteria. The facility has done 3 annual tests the last being September of 2007. It has been discussed that the facility do a test this June 2008 so the last test and this current test could be used as the two 6 month consecutive samples. Then they could do another annual test next year for the 3 years of annual monitoring in order to reduce testing to triennially, assuming testing levels are not exceeded. ACTION NEEDED: Take a second 6 month lead and copper test June 2008 and a third annual test in 2009 | ||
