| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive on routine coliform and on repeats done 4/4/08 DETAILS: 9-2-08 Called Delores & left msg. about the routine & repeats TC and told her to call me about what needs to be done. 9-4-08 Delores called and said that they have disinfected the system already. She feels that the TC positives are from a broken pipe that had been replaced. She wasnt sure if the system was disinfected after the repair. I informed her that she needs to send out a public notice since she is a MCL for TC. I emailed her the links to the state site for the form letters for the public notice. She understood the she needs to take 5 temporary routine samples in Sept. I also requested that show cal Pyxis to have the 4 repeats resent to the state as repeats because currently they are incorrectly showing as routines. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
