| Details: | SUMMARY: Lisa called to report unable to monitor for TC during May DETAILS: Lisa said they couldnt monitor due to bankruptcy proceedings (lack of funds to pay lab). I told Lisa that she needs to ensure that the water system is in good repair and has the proper amount of chlorine residual. Lisa will post a Tier 3 PN for non reporting for coliform bacteria in May 2008 ACTION NEEDED: Lisa will ensure that coliform is M/R ASAP | ||
